Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Very nice arrangement - thought it would be bigger than it was. Also, nice communication on day of delivery - had to call to make sure it was being sent on time. Would have been nice to get communication day before. ---- Florist's Response: We are happy to hear that you like the arrangement but was disappointed in the overall size of the bouquet. We typically make our arrangements in a tighter compact design, but can make them more loose and taller if you prefer that design.
